We’re a small crew by design. No layers, no call center, nobody hiding behind a ticket number. The person who picks up the phone at nine at night might be the same person standing in your driveway the next morning. We’ve been working together long enough that we finish each other’s sentences, and we’ve all got calluses in the same places. What unites us is simple: we live in the same East County neighborhoods we work in. Your door is our door, same springs, same heat, same salt air off the 8.

Otto Reinhardt, Owner
Otto founded the company in 2004 and still takes service calls himself. If you call after hours, that’s often his voice on the line, quoting the job from your description and holding that price when he arrives. He’s worked on every major brand that ever hung in a La Mesa garage, from 1990s Genie screw drives to the newest LiftMaster side-mounts. His rule is simple: “A door is 200 pounds riding on two springs. Respect it.” When he’s not on a ladder, he’s the guy walking Lemon Avenue with coffee and counting spring cycles on neighbors’ doors the way other people count tire miles.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches with Otto for fourteen years, making him the second-longest tenured person on the truck. He’s our torsion spring specialist and handles the heavy rebalancing work that scares off other shops. Marcus is the one who will tell you, straight up, that your springs have maybe 3,000 cycles left and you should budget for replacement this year rather than wait for the snap. He restored a 1967 Camaro in his own garage in El Cajon, and he treats every door panel with the same patience he gives that car.
Rosa V., Senior Installer
Rosa joined the crew eight years ago after running new-construction installs for a San Diego builder. She measures, she orders, she installs, and she walks you through every feature before she leaves, including the parts most people forget, like battery backup and photo-eye alignment. Clopay and Amarr doors are her specialty, and she can quote panel weight and insulation values from memory. Off the clock, Rosa’s the one who notices every garage door in a movie and tells you what’s wrong with it.

Danny is the youngest on the team and the most likely person you’ll talk to first on a weekday. He schedules, confirms the no-trip-charge radius, and talks you off the ledge when your opener is screaming at 7 a.m. He’s been apprenticing with Otto and Marcus on opener diagnostics and spring inspections for three years. Danny grew up in La Mesa and went to Helix High, and he still plays basketball at Collier Park on Sundays. If he says the crew will be there between 2 and 4, they will be there between 2 and 4.
